This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between I AM CFO ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you") for the use of our software, which integrates Guesty with QuickBooks Online ("Software").

1. License Grant

1.1 Grant – We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
1.2 Restrictions – You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the Software.

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the Software's source code.

2. User Obligations

2.1 Compliance – You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not use the Software for illegal purposes.
2.2 Data Integrity – You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data transferred between Guesty and QuickBooks.

3. Fees & Termination

3.1 Fees – If applicable, you agree to pay the required subscription fees.
3.2 Termination – We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this agreement.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranty – The Software is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
4.2 Limitation of Liability – We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using the Software.
