For talent & influencer agenciesOn a $3M talent agency, the first reconciliation found $69,271 of commission earned and never billed, and $63,203 of invoices more than 90 days old with no payment against them. Agencies start on CFO, set up to match every deal to its invoice.

One-time · not a plan

Bookkeeping cleanup — $1,500

A fixed price to get a period of books back in order: duplicates, deposits booked as income twice, months that never reconciled. You get corrected books and a closing packet saying what changed. Most people start here. Start CFO within 30 days and the $1,500 is credited toward it.

Bookkeeping firms don’t pay per cleanup up front — cleanups are metered on your firm subscription, with a 48-hour turnaround once statements are in.

Before you decide

What do I need before I start?
QuickBooks Online or Xero, connected in about two minutes. We read your books — we never write to them without you approving it first, entry by entry.
Is the assistant on every plan?
Yes, on all three. What changes is who does the work. On Dashboard you keep your own books and the assistant answers from them. On CFO we keep them for you and review them with you every month. CFO + Growth adds the marketing.
Am I locked in?
No. Month to month, cancel any time, and your books are yours — they live in your QuickBooks or Xero, not ours.
What if my business doesn't look like your examples?
Most don't. The industry pages exist because rentals, talent agencies and loan preparation each need something specific, but the core — books kept current, cash and profit live, answers in plain English — is the same whatever you sell.
I run a talent agency. Which package is mine?
CFO. We set it up to match every deal to its invoice, check commission rates and reconcile talent payouts, because an agency's expensive problem is a campaign delivered, paid out to the creator and never invoiced to the brand. That money never reaches the P&L, so only the reconciliation finds it.
Is ad spend included in CFO + Growth?
No. Ad spend is yours and is billed by the ad platform directly, so you see every dollar. The package covers the work: the posts and videos, setting up and running the ads, local SEO, the outreach and the monthly review.
What does local SEO include?
What gets a local business found on Google: your Google Business Profile kept complete and posted to every week, every review answered, your business listed consistently across the directories that matter, and a page on your site for each service in each city you serve, written to rank. You approve everything before it goes out.
My books are already a mess. Do I have to fix them first?
No, that is what a cleanup is for. It is a one-time $1,500 for the period you name, and it is where most people start. Start CFO within 30 days and the $1,500 is credited toward it. A plan keeps books current; it does not go back and untangle a year nobody reconciled.
